When a pet goes missing, the whole neighborhood starts looking.

AVA's Happy Corner is a community for pet people who live near each other. Make a profile for your pets, find local events, and send an AVA alert the moment one goes missing.

Works on any phone, right from the browser. No app store needed.

It started with one cat and forty-five minutes.

In 2019, our founder Phil found a cat that had been thrown from a four-story building. He got her to safety, then spent 45 minutes searching Facebook for a vet that was open. That's too long when an animal is hurt.

AVA's Happy Corner is how we make sure the next rescue doesn't start from scratch. It begins with a community of neighbors, and grows into a network of rescuers and vets who can reach each other when it counts.

“The app is supposed to be a first responders network for pet rescuers that coordinate and communicate with veterinarians if and when emergency is happening.”

Phil, founder

Your pet's neighborhood, in your pocket.

  • AVA alerts

Report a missing pet and members nearby are notified right away. Anyone who spots them can message you straight from the alert.

  • Pet profiles

Give each pet a page with photos, breed and the details that help if they ever wander off.

  • Local events

Post meetups, adoption days and fundraisers. Neighbors tap going or interested, so you know who's coming.

  • Pet map

See alerts, pet-friendly parks and events around you on one dark, easy-to-read map.

Talk to the people who can help.

Message any member directly. Share a pet, an event or a missing-pet alert in a single tap, inside the app, by link, or with a QR code you can print on a flyer.

  • Members appear by first name and last initial.
  • Locations stay at the ZIP code level. Your home address is never shown.
  • Block or report anyone, any time.
